iiVii Oy / Myarns.com (business ID FI2996582-6) sells products to adult individuals. Product prices include VAT. We reserve the right to change prices and shipping costs.
Products are ordered on the e-commerce website by transferring them to the shopping cart and paying for the contents of the Shopping Cart at the checkout service. All customer information is treated confidentially. The contact information requested in connection with the order will not be used for anything other than the delivery of the order or to clarify any ambiguities in it, unless otherwise stated. When ordering from the online store, you are required to read and agree to the current delivery terms.
Checkout is a secure form of payment for you. We have a payment institution license issued by the Financial Supervisory Authority. The service is maintained by Checkout Finland Oy (business ID 2196606-6) and Checkout Finland Oy is part of OP Financial Group.
The checkout payment service will forward your payment to the merchant. If Checkout Finland Oy appears on your statement or credit card invoice, we have forwarded your payment.
The online store acts as a marketer of products and services and as a supplier of products to the customer. The online store takes care of the statutory and other obligations related to the transaction. If you wish to claim or return a product, you should contact the online store where you ordered the product directly.
You have payment buttons for all Finnish banks. You can pay with the payment buttons of Aktia, Danske Bank, Handelsbanken, Nordea, Oma Säästöpankki, Osuuspankki, POP Bank, Säästöpankki, S-pank and Ålandsbanken. Checkout Finland Oy is shown as the payee on your account statement, we forward your payment to the online merchant. From the online store, you will be directed directly to your bank to make a secure payment.
Checkout Finland also offers the option to pay with a bank transfer form.
You can pay online with Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, MasterCard and Debit MasterCard. The online store uses international Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode authentication services.
Checkout appears as the payee on the card invoice and forwards the payment card payment paid by the customer directly to the merchant. Card payments are made securely using a secure payment form and payment card information is not stored in e-commerce systems.
Mobile payment methods Pivo, MobilePay and Masterpass are in-app services that allow you to pay for online purchases by bank transfer from your account or by card payment from your card by accepting payment in that app. Pivo also accepts Transfer payments, so you can accept a payment in any application that supports Transfer.

The service is based on the use of 060605 payment service numbers. Payment is made by calling the payment service number and following the voice prompts.
The price of the service is per service number and includes the price of the product and the billing fee associated with the service. In addition to the price of the service, the customer pays the normal mobile phone fee in accordance with the pricing of their own mobile phone operator. GSM payment purchases are charged to the user's phone bill.

Invoice and installment services through Checkout are provided by OP, Collector, Jousto, Mash (formerly Euroloan) and Svea. Collector and Svea also offer billing and installment options for corporate customers.

After a successful order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email. To send confirmation messages, you must provide an email address when ordering.

Our most common delivery times to Finland are 1-3 working days, depending on the order and delivery method. More specific times will be announced in connection with the product options. We are not responsible for delays caused by force majeure or indirect inconvenience caused by delays. Deviating delivery times will be announced on the e-commerce front page.
You have the right under the Consumer Protection Act to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your order. In the case of digital content and services, you may have been specifically asked to consent to the waiver of the right of withdrawal before the payment transaction, so that the service or digital content can be delivered before the right of withdrawal expires. In the cancellation notice you must indicate your name, address, order date, product and it must be sent by e-mail to email@example.com or by post to the return address below. The product must be returned by post within 14 days of the cancellation notice in its original condition and original packaging. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer. Attach a copy of the cancellation notice to your product return. If the product has been used, we reserve the right to charge for impairment.
If you would like to return or exchange products after the review period, please contact us directly. When returning a delivered order, include your name and contact information and account number for a refund. We will refund the full amount you paid within 14 days of receiving the cancellation notice if the product has been returned or has been proven to have been mailed to the return address.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to a product made or modified at the customer's request or order. The right of cancellation does not apply to goods delivered sealed with a seal broken.
If the product is lost or damaged during shipment or does not otherwise match your order, you must report the defect in writing within 14 days to the address listed in the Right of Cancellation and Return Policy or by calling the telephone number listed in the contact information.
