Maranacook Yarns - Gift Certificates

Want to give a special gift to a knitter or crocheter, but just can’t make up your mind what to give them?
A Maranacook Yarns gift certificate might be just the thing! You can purchase a Maranacook Yarns gift certificate for any amount from $10 up, to allow the recipient of your gift to purchase whatever they want from our shop. There is no time limit on redeeming our gift certificates.

Need a gift in a hurry?
If you’re short on time, we can send an email to the recipient to let them know that a gift certificate is on the way to them from you. We’ll send you a copy of that message to confirm that they’ve been notified, and we’ll get the certificate right into the mail. We don’t add on any shipping or handling fee for a gift certificate sent via First Class mail.

For immediate delivery, we can simply email the gift certificate directly to the recipient, and send email confirmation to you.

How to purchase a gift certificate:
We are not currently set up to handle credit card payments on-line, but you can easily purchase a gift certificate by:

stopping by the shop,
calling us, or
printing out and mailing us a completed order form with a check.

How to redeem a gift certificate:
If making a purchase in person, just present the certificate with the items you are buying. If ordering by phone or email, you will need to give the unique registration number found at the bottom right corner of your certificate. If your purchase is for an amount less than the value of the gift certificate, we will keep track of the unused amount, and you can use it for a future purchase. If your purchase is for an amount greater than the certificate’s value, you will need to specify the means by which you will cover the excess amount -- credit card or check, unless paying with cash in person.
